Precision Pipeline
A production system for AI film. Locked characters, one location, planned shots and a log of every take, so a team gets the same quality twice.
Most AI video is made like a slot machine: pull again and hope. Characters drift, the room changes shape, the style slides, and a prompt that worked last week is gone. Every failed generation costs money, and the same failures keep coming back.
Precision Pipeline is the system I built to make AI film repeatable. It runs inside Claude Code. Each film is a folder with its own bible, look, shot cards, asset register and generation log, and the rules every film shares live in installable skills.
Every rule in it was learned in production, written down, and never had to be learned twice.
How it’s put together
- Doctrine as skills. A governing house-rules skill sits on top of specialist skills for characters, scene plates, video prompts, motion transfer and acting. Where they disagree, the house rules win, and every override is documented.
- Modes that never mix. Image, video, prep and post each get their own session. A gate before every prompt checks references, settings and cost.
- Findings that grow. Each production adds what it learned to the shared references. First Day on the Job is the worked example. Secret of the Raft runs on it.
- Nothing is deleted. Earlier doctrine and superseded takes are archived, so any decision can be traced back.
Why it matters
It turns AI filmmaking from trying prompts into running a production, with continuity, cost control and a paper trail a team can pick up.
